We had an outstanding experience at Bocca Osteria Romana. From the moment we walked through the beautiful patio and into the restaurant, we were greeted and seated right away. The atmosphere was comfortable and relaxed while still feeling like you were somewhere special. Kyle took excellent care of us. His timing was perfect, we never felt rushed, and he was extremely helpful with both the menu and the wine. Since we aren’t very familiar with Italian wines, he brought us samples of three different wines and helped us choose a bottle of Contesa Montepulciano, which we really enjoyed. We started with the Ricotta Scarpetta, followed by the Pappardelle al Ragu and the chef's special of the day, Brasato (beef short ribs) with polenta. Everything was seasoned perfectly, and the Brasato was incredibly tender and practically melted in your mouth. We finished with the tiramisu, which was delicious without being overly sweet. You could actually see the coffee coming from the layers as you took a bite, something we hadn’t experienced with tiramisu before. My husband and I dined here for our anniversary. We’d been wanting to try Bocca since it opened, but just hadn’t gotten around to it. We were not disappointed! Our new fav Italian restaurant in FW, a must try! The food, ambiance and staff were excellent.

Came in today the 2nd time in the last month. I was so blown away the first time. the arancini balls were huge, but half the size this second time around. (Refer to pictures) The focaccia bread is amazing. I ordered the spaghetti frutti di Mare. Which is a seafood medley pasta. However when i received it, it only had 5 pieces of shrimp. The pictures on google show the meal with muscles and shrimp additionally seeing the description say medley I’m expecting to not only receive shrimp. I let the waiter know i was missing the mussels and i was told they ran out of mussels so we added more shrimp. There was 5 shrimp on my plate and the picture on google had 4 shrimp and 4 mussels. I felt extremely disappointed, i wish the waiter told me they ran out of mussels i would have ordered something else considering this is the most expensive pasta on the menu. The pasta sauce it self was something i could have gotten from a jar. My husband got the carbonara which we both really enjoy. My favorite thing on the menu is the tiramisu, the mascarpone is to die for and i love that you can see the espresso come out of the biscuit. I really loved this place the first time. Theres a reason this hidden gem is so popular. From the moment you turn down the alley you feel you've entered a special place reserved for the most fortunate. The setting is both welcoming and intimate, the service is top notch, and the food and drinks are perfectly prepared and delicious. It's difficult to remember to take photos!

I visited Bocca Osteria Romana on Valentine’s Day and had a really pleasant experience. Even though it was one of the busiest nights of the year, the seating process was quick and easy, which set the tone for a smooth evening. The restaurant offered a limited Valentine’s Day menu, which I actually appreciated because it made ordering simple and allowed the kitchen to focus on delivering quality dishes. Everything we ordered came out hot and fresh. The potato leek soup was creamy and flavorful, and the pasta dishes were well-prepared and satisfying. The server was friendly, attentive, and very knowledgeable about the menu. He answered questions without hesitation and made sure i had everything i needed throughout the meal. Overall, it was a very enjoyable dining experience with good service, hot food, and a relaxed atmosphere despite the holiday crowd. I would definitely consider returning to try their regular menu.
